Next Level Chef, Gordon Ramsay’s acclaimed cooking competition, is set to return with a new season. The award-winning chef, television personality, and restaurateur is the show’s executive producer and mentor.
Season two of Next Level Chef will premiere on FOX on February 12, 2023, immediately following the Super Bowl. The popular reality TV cooking competition series will feature 13 new chefs competing for the top spot. They will be assigned a mentor to help them through the process.
The candidates will compete in a three-story tournament with an innovative concept. Preston Nguyen is one of the chefs competing in Season 2 of Next Level Chef. Preston is no stranger to the culinary world. He was a young World Food Champion and is now a freshman at Dallas College’s El Centro Campus.
In 2021, he graduated from Martin High School in Arlington. Next Level Chef season 2 is produced by Studio Ramsay Global and FOX Alternative Entertainment, according to the official description. Next Level Chef is dubbed the “next evolution in culinary competitions.” Gordon Ramsay has created a one-of-a-kind culinary challenge set on an unprecedented stage.

Preston was born in Dallas, Texas, but now resides in Arlington, Texas. Despite being only 19 years old, he has made a name for himself in the culinary world. He earned $100,000 as a sous chef in the World Food Championship alongside his parents.
He has also been crowned the youngest winner in history. His winning dish was called Southern Sunday Social. According to the Dallas Morning News, the following ingredients were used in the recipe:
“Hot honey-glazed fried quail lollipops, southern quail and dumplings, deviled quail eggs, Carolina boiled peanut caviar, Hoppin’ John rice, and peach butter thyme cornbread cake.”
