The Lord of the Rings movie and The Hobbit trilogy are spinoffs of the franchise, which is based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s writings. A prequel to the movie franchise called The Rings of Power takes place a millennium before The Hobbit. Sadoc Burrows is a Harfoot or a type of hobbit in Tolkien’s world.
