Steve Erceg, an Australian mixed martial artist, rose to popularity after winning his UFC debut against David Dvorak in mid-2023. Erceg, a considered underdog, stunned fans around the world by upsetting the No. 10 flyweight fighter.

Erceg began his MMA career at the age of 21, however, his first professional fight occurred in 2016 against Ryan Robertson in the Australia regional. He won using his favourite guillotine choke. On September 1, 2017, his second match against Sean Gauci resulted in his first loss.

It was his only defeat in 11 fights, and he has since won ten straight fights. Steve has an 11-1 record, including one knockout and six submission victories. According to reports, his MMA career earnings are $50,000. In June 2023, he was invited to Dana White’s Octagon for UFC 289.
