Darrell Sheets shed about 35 pounds at first and then turned to Nutrisystem, a commercial provider of weight control goods and services, to lose even more.
He stated that his joint and body pained at first. He was bored of exercising with no results, so he needed to find a solution, and Nutrisystem was the best option.
Sheets was also fortunate to have his then-wife by his side to encourage him. Kimber, his wife, was a constant source of motivation for him.
Sheets’ lifestyle altered drastically after reducing 40 pounds. He’s gotten better at portion management and making smarter decisions. Today, he aspires to be an inspiration to those who wish to lose weight.
