Who Is Naoya Inoue’s Wife From Boxers High School?

Naoya Inoue’s wife has avoided the spotlight. Despite being the wife of one of the world’s most famous boxers, Naoya’s better half has chosen to keep a quiet profile. The couple reportedly married on December 1, 2015, in their native Japan.

According to a Japanese newspaper, the couple registered their marriage at Kanagawa City Hall. They originally met in high school, long before Naoya rose to prominence in Japan and the boxing world.

The pair has three children since their wedding in 2015. Their first child, Akiba, was born on October 5, 2017. The boxer informed his followers on Instagram two days after his birth. Throughout the years, the boxer has shared a few photos with his child. In 2019, he shared a photo with his wife, child, and younger brother at Gunma Yoshi Shrine.

Inoue covered his wife’s face with a star emoji as the family celebrated the New Year by visiting the shrine. Inoue shared photographs of his son wearing boxing gloves and punching a punching bag. However, one of the most endearing videos on Naoya’s Instagram is of Akiba wearing his boxing gloves and watching TV while swaying left and right, back and forth, attempting to stay awake.

Inoue and his wife welcomed a daughter into their family in 2019. He shared a photo of himself cradling his kid on Instagram, as well as one of Akiba, who despised his sister. The couple’s third child was born in April 2021, however, Naoya was unable to attend due to COVID treatments.

Naoya Inoue comes from a family of boxers. Shingo and Miho Inoue gave birth to the boxer, who has a brother and a sister. His father, Shingo Inoue, is a former amateur boxer who quit at the age of 23 to work as a trainer for his two children. Shingo married his wife when he was 19 years old, and the couple has been married for nearly 30 years.

Shingo and Miho have been seen on several occasions cheering on their children. Shingo owns Meisei Paint Co. Ltd in Zama City, in addition to being a trainer for his two sons. Takuma Inoue, Naoya’s younger brother, made his boxing debut in 2013, two years before him. With an 18-0 record and one defeat, he is the current WBA bantamweight champion.

In 2019, he lost against Moroccan boxer Nordine Oubaali for the WBC World Bantamweight title. Takum’s next championship defense is scheduled for November 15 against Jerwin Anacajas. Naoya also has a sister named Haruka Inoue, who is not well-known.
