Lily Peters was Iliana “Lily” Peters. Jessica Eyerly Her mother’s name is Lily, and her father’s name is Alexander Peters. Her father has spent numerous prison sentences for various drug and alcohol charges, while her mother has multiple convictions for stealing.
She was in class four at Parkview Elementary School. She also resided on block 50 of East Birch Street. Ten-year-old this girl vanished on April 24.
On the other hand, it is discovered on April 25 that Lily Peters was murdered by being strangled after being the victim of a sexual assault. In addition, her body was found close to the walkway in the Chippewa Falls woods.

What happened?
On April 24, 2022, in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, she was killed and raped. The murder attracted a lot of media attention because of the ages of both the deceased and the defendant. Similarly to this, her cousin Carson Peters-Berger, 14, was detained on April 26, 2022, and charged with murder and rape.
At first, Berger was only known to the public by his initials, “CPB.” Carson is being tried as an adult due to the murder charge. The criminal complaint claims that Carson asked his cousin Lily to take a walk and investigate a route. Carson rode his hoverboard while Lily rode her bicycle. Once they were off the trail, Carson is accused of throwing Lily to the ground and hitting her in the stomach.
Before strangling her to death, he further gave her three blows to the head with a big club. Then Carson is charged with raping Lily’s decomposed body. The criminal complaint further claimed that Carson ran away in terror before going home to take a shower and wash his clothing. He went back to the spot, pulled Lily’s body a short distance, and then covered her with leaves.
Investigation
When Lily’s father reported her missing, her body wasn’t found until 8:54 the following morning. Carson was thus detained and accused of rape and murder two days later. According to the investigators, Carson admitted to killing Lily and said that raping and killing her had always been his intention.
Furthermore, because Carson is accused of murder, the case is being handled as an adult matter rather than a juvenile one. A $1 million bond was imposed for him. Additionally, if found guilty, he would receive a life sentence. Adam Berger, his father, had served three years in prison for having child pornography in his possession.

This child was not active on any social media sites at the time of her death. She was therefore just a typical young person who concentrated on her schoolwork.
