The youngster’s injuries didn’t line up with what Flores told medical officials, who said the boy leapt from a bed to try to fly like Spider-Man, according to the prosecution.
After a while, Flores admitted to beating the youngster, which had left him groggy, only half attentive, and unable to stand. But it wasn’t until the evening that she called 911.
