Yul is renowned for his shrewd and crafty actions and is the first Asian-American to win Survivor. He was so skilled with his relationships and ideas on Survivor 13: Cook Island that he never needed to use the Immunity Idol he found on Day 5.
To spread the word about the need for minority bone marrow donors, Yul has collaborated with several nonprofit organizations.
The Snake in the Grass contestant worked for numerous charities after his stint on Survivor. He opened up in an exclusive interview with Xfinity about his roommate’s leukemia-related passing.
