Zoe Ball has announced that she will be leaving the Radio 2 Breakfast Show. The radio host, on the other hand, is not leaving the Breakfast Show for good. The 52-year-old announced on Twitter on January 29 that she had COVID-19 and would be taking a break from hosting The Radio 2 Breakfast Show.
Ball also informed fans that Vernon Kay would fill in for her until she recovered from her illness. Vernon Kay, 49, also announced on Twitter that he will be taking over the Breakfast Show for a few mornings. He wished Zoe Ball a speedy recovery and invited followers to watch the broadcast at 6:30 a.m. Vernon Kay appears on the Breakfast Show on January 30th.
