Pamela and Averion Hurt welcomed Jalen Hurts into the world on August 7, 1998, in Houston, Texas. He grew up with a sibling named Kennedy and an older brother named Averion. Although Jalen was younger than his older brother, who had already shown football potential, Jalen showed interest in picking up the sport.
