Katie Thurston, Ashley Iaconetti, Sarah Herron, and Caroline Lunny indicated that they had known about the news for quite some time and were awaiting its release, whilst Clare’s company, DeFacto Salon, remarked:

The video depicted the couple dancing, with Clare grinning and expressing her appreciation for the music. An extended version of the video depicting the couple kissing was posted to her now-defunct Instagram story. It also has photographs of them.
The CEO of Mascot Sports is Ryan Dawkins
Ryan Dawkins, Clare Crawley’s boyfriend on The Bachelorette Season 16, is from Oakland, California. His LinkedIn page indicates that he is the CEO of Mascot Sports. He has led the marketing agency for more than six years. He described the company’s mission as follows on LinkedIn.
“Through athletes, sponsors, and events, we ignite the innovation rally.” A select set of customers are represented by the mascot in sponsorship strategy, experiential marketing, and athlete representation.”
Prior to Mascot Sports, Ryan was the president and inventor of Project Sport (acquired by Racehorse, LLC). Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees were obtained from San Francisco State University.
According to his Mascot Sports page, he is a “competitive athlete” who placed second in the Race Across America from San Diego to Atlantic City and has participated in numerous IRONMAN competitions.
It goes on to say:
“In acknowledgment of his efforts, Ryan earned Acquisition International’s Business Excellence Award in 2015 for “Best CEO in the Events Sector” for his contributions to the progress of the sector.”

Crawley sought to find love before The Bachelorette Season 16 on The Bachelor Season 18 and Bachelor In Paradise Seasons 1 and 2. She ultimately fell in love with Dale Moss, a contestant on the 2020 season of The Bachelorette.
Following the conclusion of the ABC program, the couple became engaged and was seen traveling together. Dale’s announcement of the couple’s separation in January 2021 marked the beginning of the decline.
