Alekhya Reddy, the wife of Taraka Ratna, is a close cousin of Vijay Sai Reddy, a Rajya Sabha member. Find out their connections. Four days before his 40th birthday, on February 19, 2023, Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, popularly known as Taraka Ratna, died. He was an actor who later became a politician.
In Banglore, he was receiving medical care. For those who are not aware, Taraka Ratna had a heart arrest last month and fainted while taking part in a political event’s road show. To receive treatment at the Narayana Institute of Cardiac Science, he was brought to Bengaluru. Although he was responding to the treatment, his health remained serious. On February 18, twenty days after being brought to the hospital, he passed dead.
At his burial today, his mother sobbed uncontrollably, and his wife, Alekhya Reddy, allegedly became unwell. Alekhya was sick after her husband’s sad demise. She’s been fasting for the previous two days, which has made her feel tired. Vijay Sai Reddy, a Rajya Sabha member, is claimed to be a close relative of Taraka Ratna’s wife. Alekhya is reportedly the sister-in-law of Vijayasai Reddy’s spouse.
The Rajya Sabha member V. Vijaysai Reddy’s daughter Alekhya Reddy and her spouse Taraka Ratna are therefore his daughter-in-law and son-in-law. The parliamentarian once stated Chandrababu Naidu was a relative during a political press conference. That relationship comes from Taraka Ratna.

On the set of the film Daya, Taraka Ratna and Alekhya Reddy met for the first time. Soon after their initial encounter, the instantly charmed pair started dating. On the set, Reddy was a costume designer. Despite the Tarak Ratna family’s objections, the couple was married at a Hyderabad temple. The Nandamuri family did not attend the nuptials.
However, Tarak’s parents subsequently gave their union their blessing. Three children were eventually born to the couple: two daughters and a son.
