On the television program “The Real,” an American actress who is now a host, Tamera Darvette Mowry-Housley, discusses the terrible anxiety she had.
Mowry, Adrienne Bailon, Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, and Jeannie Mai were all co-hosts of the daytime talk show The Real.
After seven years, Mowry announced her departure from the program in 2020.
How did Tamera Mowry fare? She seems ill
When Mowry revealed that she was dissatisfied, it made her anxious. She admitted that she was unhappy with her time on “The Real” in 2013.
Mowry claimed that hosting the program was a terrible experience since they would always add anything from the news they discussed.
She claimed that many people are unaware of how difficult it is to maintain a daytime talk program. Despite not having time for her children or other family members, she spent her time on the show for almost 24 hours.
She, therefore, made the decision to quit the program, be with her family and children, and continue to pursue her passion after spending seven years with the cast of “The Real.” But it required a lot of labor.
Many advised her to stay in the show since she would be cast in any films or television programs, but she made the correct choice when she quit.
Every day, Mowry would cry and vomit because she thought she was being caught in a trap. She found the experience to be both wonderful and horrifying.
Other than that, she never experienced issues after leaving the program. With her family, Mowry has been leading a happy and healthy life for some time.
