According to Charlotte Football Club, 25-year-old English football player Anton Walkes passed away on Thursday.
Walkes, who started his career at Tottenham Hotspur before playing for Atlanta United and Portsmouth, passed away “as a result of an accident in South Florida,” the MLS team said.
