Since May 2022, Ezra Miller, who identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, has been making headlines.
Miller had a lifelong passion for singing and acting, so they started taking opera singing lessons.
Miller’s first feature film appearance was in 2008 (AfterSchool), as they had long since decided to enter the acting business.
They have been releasing successful films back-to-back since 2008; his most recent feature, “Daland,” which was released in 2022, received the same amount of love and acclaim as usual.
However, they have been receiving more unfavorable remarks since the harassment and burglary cases.
Ezra Miller, Is He Arrested?
Miller faces up to 26 years in prison if found guilty of both counts of burglary into an occupied dwelling and petit theft.
On May 1, 2022, they are said to have broken into a home in Stamford, Vermont. Following the news’s publication, the investigation became more thorough, and when the property’s owners were away, numerous missing bottles of alcohol were found.
Miller stated that after entering the courtroom in September 2022, their childhood friend, who had faith in them, had given them an extra key to utilize.
Then, on the same day that they entered a not guilty plea to the accusations, the court postponed the hearing until October 17, 2022. The following hearing is scheduled for January 13, 2023.
After January 13, 2023, hopefully, accurate information will become available. Miller is currently being watched by police but is not incarcerated.
If they are found guilty of burglary, they might face a fine of up to $1,000 and 25–26 years in prison.
Miller has consented to the agreement not to speak to any members of his family for the time being in the hopes that he has been telling the truth in court and that the information will soon become public.
Arrest and Harassment and Disorderly Conduct Charges
He was detained and accused with other unlawful work he did in addition to a burglary accusation in 2022.
Miller was detained and charged with disorderly behavior on June 28, 2022, as opposed to being accused of harassment on June 26 of that same year.
He was discovered to be in possession of 20 grams of marijuana during his arrest for disorderly behavior.
The Actor was initially charged with narcotics possession; however, the case was eventually dismissed, and he was instead fined $600 for receiving two penalties for disorderly behaviour.
They also asserted that he frequently smokes marijuana, which is safe for their health, during the trial.
The mother said he had been talking about launching a clothing line with her daughter and had been showing interest in her for a very long time.
According to the victim’s mother, Miller had known the family since February and had developed a personal interest in them.
The victim’s mother said how the actor entered their home uninvitedly wearing a bulletproof vest and brandishing a rifle before harassing the youngster by stroking the girl’s hips in an uncomfortable manner.
