The women’s basketball team at Louisiana State University is led by American collegiate basketball coach Kim Mulkey.
She was an All-American point guard at Louisiana Tech University in her previous life as a basketball player. Mulkey also participated at the 1983 Pan American Games on behalf of the USA national squad.
Mulkey has been a coach since the year 2000. She spent 21 seasons as the head coach of the Baylor squad before joining the LSU staff on April 25, 2021.
