Fitz

Fitz or GoodGuyFitz, A New Zealand YouTuber known as Cameron McKay is well-known for his funny gaming videos. Fitz began by uploading typical Let’s Play videos to his YouTube channel. He participated in Battlefield, DayZ, H1Z1, and CS: GO. Fitz added humor to his content to differentiate himself from the other YouTubers who focus on gaming.

The strategy was successful because Fitz now has a remarkable 5.55 million members on his main channel and 2.52 million subscribers on his second channel, despite only uploading occasionally during the past few years. Although Fitz’s number of views has decreased, he is still a well-liked personality in the gaming world.

Where was Fitz born? Ethnicity, Nationality, Family

The date of Cameron McKay’s birth was September 18, 1996. As a pastime, he began uploading videos to YouTube in January 2014. Fitz decided to leave college soon after enrolling to work and concentrate more on YouTube for a year. Even though he put in more time and effort, he still considered content creation to be a pastime rather than a source of income. In an interview with Spur, Fitz said:

“I never graduated from college believing that I would always become a successful YouTuber, was aware that I wasn’t having fun at school and that taking a year out to gain some experience wouldn’t hurt me in any way. I could spend more time working on YouTube, move out of my parent’s house, and become more independent. Even if it didn’t work out, I could still sustain YouTube as a pastime thanks to it.

Thankfully, Fitz found success on YouTube. Fitz rose to prominence in the online gaming industry by producing his content and working with well-known YouTubers. Fitz has adopted a relaxed attitude, choosing to produce material when he wants to rather than because he has to, in contrast to other YouTube gamers who produce content regularly.

Fitz’s recent assertion that he is gay on the Misfits podcast was a prank

When they published a video titled How Fitz Realized He is Gay, members of the Misfits Podcast recently made a commotion. The podcast is co-hosted by Fitz and several of his Melbourne, Australia-based buddies.

In the video, Fitz told a tale of how he discovered his purpose in life by comparing an apple and an orange while grocery shopping. And then, out of the blue, Fitz remarked, “And, that’s when I recognized that I’m homosexual,” to the cheers of his fellow podcasters.

We would take such a claim more seriously if it came from any other YouTuber. Fitz’s admission is most likely a prank, though. Comedy podcasters The Misfit are masters of modern comedy. On-demand, they can produce amusing material.

Fans of Misfit couldn’t help but notice the cynicism in Fitz’s voice as he described his life-changing experience in a grocery store aisle, even though he appeared to be serious. Most likely, Fitz is not gay.

CallMeCarson, a YouTuber, claimed that Katerina had cheated on him by seeing Fitz. After Carson stopped following Fitz on social media, there were rumors of a falling out between the two.

Then, a Reddit user conjectured that Carson’s partner had an affair with Fitz. Ding ding ding, we have a winner, Carson wrote, confirming the claim. Other users dismissed Carson’s response as an April Fool’s hoax.

They were shocked when Carson said he wasn’t joking. Other responses from Carson discussed his struggle with depression and his agreement with Kate not to disseminate untruths. He then pleaded for his fans to show Kate and Fitz some kindness before announcing his departure from social media.

On April 15, 2020, Fitz sent out a tweet expressing his regret to Carson. “I was a bad friend, and I wounded you. I can only hope that you will pardon me in the future. Kate responded with a YouTube video in which she claimed her mental illness caused her to feel lost and confused throughout her relationship with Carson. “I regret what I did, and I regret where we are,” she said.

Fitz, Carson, and Kate fabricated their conflict

Chad, also known as Anything4views, asserted that Fitz, Carson, and Kate invented their dispute in January 2021. He asserted that everything was a lie and that Carson had no issues with Kate and Fitz dating. Some Redditors who agreed with him claimed that Carson and Kate were never dating.

Since none of the parties involved responded, it is most likely that Chad made the remarks to garner attention. His Twitter bio states, “Don’t take anything I say or do seriously, I’m simply here for a good time,” which is not surprising.

Fitz rarely uploads videos because he spends a lot of time away from YouTube focusing on his mental health. Although YouTube has helped him succeed, he doesn’t want it to take over his life. He clarified:

“A sound mental attitude and a positive outlook on life can make all the difference in the world. Otherwise, you’ll start acting it up and fake it, which is exactly the situation I never want to be in. I find that removing myself for a little while, even if it’s only a day, helps me to stop thinking about YouTube and being funny when I press the record button. And going back to how you used to play games or live your life before YouTube.
