The 10th season of Below Deck will premiere on Bravo on November 21, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT. In the first episode, Florida native Alissa Humber will join the superyacht, Saint.
David as a stew. She will be partnering with Hayley De Sola Pinto and Camille Lamb/Camille Deck. The reality show follows a group of young individuals who live and work on yachts while attending to the requirements of their charter customers.
The synopsis of Season 10 is as follows:
Captain Lee Rosbach, Chef Rachel Hargrove, and Chief Stew Fraser Olender will lead the motor boat St. David in the Caribbean beginning on Monday, November 21. New crew members include Bosun Ross McHarg, Stews Hayley De Sola Pinto and Alissa Humber, Deck/Stew Camilla Lamb, and Deckhands Tony Duarte, Katie Glaser, and Ben Willoughby.
In the upcoming season, numerous senior crew members, like Alissa Humber, will return to the ship with new crew members.

Alissa Humber of Below Deck was born and raised in Florida, although she now resides in Miami. She developed an interest in sailing roughly two years ago.
Alissa appreciates working as a stew on transitory boat jobs. She is currently being cooked on St. David. Even the charter passengers are satisfied, ensuring that everyone enjoys a great time on board.
In a video posted to her Instagram, Chief Stew Fraser Olender welcomes Alissa aboard the yacht. She acknowledges that she has worked in the field for more than a year. She also claimed to have worked as a “second stew,” a position that entailed “a great deal of cleaning.”
When Fraser asks if she enjoys serving, she responds immediately affirmatively before adding:
“And visitors appear to like me for whatever reason.”
Later, while on the boat, she tells the camera that her ultimate goal is to “make as much f*cking money as possible.”

When a dispute occurs between Alissa and another woman, the crew’s emotions intensify. During the off-season, Alissa enjoys shopping and spending time in nature. She also likes kayaking and hiking in Florida.
Below Deck made its debut in 2013
Bravo debuted the reality television series on July 1, 2013. Below Deck Down Under, Below Deck Mediterranean, Below Deck Sailing Yacht, and Below Deck Adventure are all continuations of the original series.
As the Season 10 trailer was released, there was much anxiety that Captain Lee would depart the program. Viewers were skeptical when a teaser depicted Captain Lee giving major news to his crew.
Captain Lee stated that his retirement is not imminent. He informed E! News:
“In my opinion, retirement is grossly overrated. You can only fish a limited number of times and play golf a limited number of times. Individuals must be productive; else, they might as well start digging.”
Adding further:
“I’m still enjoying myself. Every season is something I eagerly anticipate. I’ve always claimed that I’ll leave when it ceases to be pleasurable or when people tire of staring at me. But I do not anticipate moving until one of these two things occurs.”
On Monday, Bravo will air the most recent episode of Below Deck. The episodes are also available on Peacock the following day.
