Coi Leray (real name Brittany Collins), is an American rapper, who is famous. In December 2017, Leray made a big impression with her first single, G.A.N. She followed it up with the hit tune Pac Girl, which was also successful. After three months, Leray’s debut EP EverythingcoZ was released.
Leray signed a contract with Republic Records in early 2019 thanks to her quick ascent. Leray’s most well-known effort, Now or Never, was released in August of that year. A-list musicians including Gunna, Fetty Wap, and Sevyn Streeter were featured on the EP. The EP, according to Coi, contains “twerking music,” “pain music,” “some R&B,” and “some trap.”

Coi Leray was born in the US on May 11th, 1997. Her mother’s name is unknown, and her parents are Benzino and Unnamed. Coi was all praise for her father Benzino when she appeared on the scene.
As the creator of the hip-hop publication The Source and a regular on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta since 2012, Benzino is well recognized. He has released a lot of music, including a diss mixtape for musician Eminem called Benzino Presents: Die Another Day: Flawless Victory.
Coi listed Benzino as one of her main influences in a September 2020 interview with No Jumper.
What Coi claimed to have learned from Benzino was simply how to hustle and work extremely hard. Leray described Benzino as a person who cherished music despite it not receiving the proper airplay.
He’d say, ‘I don’t give a fuck if I am on the radio, if nobody fucking listens to my stuff, that is just what I do, and I am never going to quit,'” Coi continued. Beginning in early January 2021, everything between Benzino and Coi appeared to be going well as Benzino chastised rapper Royce Da 5’9 for including Leray in their dispute.
After Coi accused Benzino of being an unsupportive father in the remix of No More Parties, things started to go south. Coi rapped, “My papa let me down, but I promise you, I won’t let up.” I want to tell the dude “fuck off,” but it won’t help me.

Coi’s lyrics caused Benzino and Leray to exchange insults back and forth. Leray was called out for lying in her song, and Benzino was accused of ruining his reputation in a passionate Instagram comment in response. You know I was there at every stage, and even when things got difficult, I was there, Benzino wrote. “I’m just 7 numbers away when sh*t gets thick, I’m always there.”

Leray soon responded with a tirade on Instagram Stories, calling Benzino dull and responsible for “destroying all his bridges.”
She criticized Benzino for not appreciating her music and for criticizing her online in another Instagram Live rage. Leray reserved her worst slurs and reproaches for Twitter.
Coi tweeted, “He phoned me like a month ago.”
“We talked. I let him know I needed him. In this chilly world, my father was essential. I should have been a boy, he claimed. Coi also tweeted, “I’m EMBARRASSED To Be Your Daughter,” in another tweet. Coi’s claims were not taken lying down by Benzino, who responded through Instagram Live. He asserted once more that Coi’s mother had instigated the conflict between him and Leray.
With his post, Benzino appeared to put an end to his conflict with Coi. The two removed all the derogatory tweets and Instagram posts they had made against one another. Coi said in a series of tweets that she overstepped her bounds.
