According to her Instagram, Ann’s daughter Rachel is also a sketch/line artist. On the other side, it is unclear what Mitchell, also known as Mitchell Derek Fredrick Moranis, does as Belsky’s son.
Cause of Ann Belsky’s Death
As was previously said, Belsky passed away in February 1991 following a fight with breast cancer. Some stories claim that liver cancer was to blame. The makeup artist/costume designer was 35 years old at the time. When Belsky passed away, Rick and Belsky had only been wed for five years.
After Belsky passed away, Rick’s parents and their own contributed to the funding of an art school in Israel that bears her honor. Israel’s Ohr Torah Stone high schools are modern Orthodox, and one of them is the Ann Belsky Moranis School of Arts. The art school offers matriculation alternatives that are similar to the Israeli academic curriculum level in addition to giving students a place to develop, express, and create.
