On Wednesday, information regarding Aranza was released by federal authorities. Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez biological mother has been detained for three years, and she has been absent for more than four years.
People who have been following the story since 2018 have prayed for the family member of the eight-year-old child.
For any information that may help identify Aranza, the FBI had stated that they would pay up to $10,000 in rewards.
According to the FBI, they continued working on the case constantly for four years in the hopes of locating Aranza safely.

Four-year-old Aranza was discovered in Mexico after going missing in Washington for more than four years, according to the FBI.
At a mall in Vancouver, Washington, Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez and her mother were last spotted.
It was discovered that her mother abducted her while driving a stolen vehicle. She spent considerable time hiding out before being apprehended.
Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez vanished while having a watchful visit with her mother. In February, Aranza was located in Michoacán, Mexico, by Mexican officials, who facilitated her safe return to the United States.
It has not yet been revealed where she was or who she spent more than four years with.
The FBI is currently doing additional inquiry in the hopes that the eight-year-old girl may reveal what transpired to them.
The story of her disappearance was widely reported, and social media helped spread images of her release to several nations.
The Seattle field office of the FBI’s Richard A. Collodi Special Agent stated, “For more than four years, the FBI and its partners did not give up on Aranza.
Our current focus will be on helping Aranza as she starts to reintegrate into the United States, he continued.
Meet Her Father and Mother, Esmeralda Lopez
The identity of Aranza’s biological father has not been made public; he has made an effort to keep his identity hidden from the media.
Esmeralda Lopez-Lopez, Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez’s biological mother, allegedly abducted her from a Vancouver, Washington, mall. This information was given by the FBI.
When Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez was just four years old, she was abducted on October 25, 2018.
After more than a year, Lopez-Lopez was apprehended in Puebla, Mexico, and deported to Washington state where he will be charged with kidnapping, robbery, and interfering with a child’s custody.
Lopez-Lopez was charged for over two years before pleading guilty and receiving a 20-month jail term.
Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez had been incarcerated for two years, and in February 2023, her biological daughter was finally located.
When Aranza admitted guilt, the location information was made known, but it took more than a year to locate her.
