Atulya Mafatlal wed his wife Sheetal Mafatlal on February 25, 2000. On LinkedIn, Sheetal, a contemporary businessperson, identifies herself as the founder of Mafatlal luxury. Atulya has a girl named Marusukha and a son named Varun from a previous marriage. While residing with Sheetal, he was without offspring.
His son Varun found him unresponsive on the morning of September 7, 2022, and they rushed him to the hospital.
