Bryan Johnson is a 45-year-old biotechnology entrepreneur. His test results, however, show that she has the heart of a 37-year-old man and the lungs of a young adult, according to new sources.
The ultrawealthy entrepreneur hopes to reverse the aging process and have the organs and health of an 18-year-old by undertaking a rigorous data-driven experimental treatment dubbed Project Blueprint.
He wants his brain, liver, kidneys, and teeth, as well as his hair, rectum, and penis, to perform as they did when he was in his late teens.

Bryan Johnson, the tech mogul, has over 30 doctors and health experts monitoring every bodily function. Johnson’s specialized team is led by regenerative medicine physician Oliver Zolman, 29.
The doctor has pledged to delay the aging process in all of Johnson’s organs. In addition to testing the most promising medicines on Johnson, Zolman and Johnson intensively investigate the scientific literature on aging and lifespan.
They keep track of Bryan’s growth in whatever manner they can. A medical suite at Johnson’s home in Venice, California, as well as other startup costs, were believed to be several million dollars. This year, the entrepreneur intends to spend at least $2 million on his body.

Bryan Johnson’s Everyday Routine
As part of the Project Blueprint, the biotech entrepreneur must adhere to a rigorous vegan diet (combination of solid and soft foods) of 1,977 calories per day. He must also exercise for an hour every day and engage in high-intensity activities three times per week.
Bryan must also go to bed at the same hour every night.

He next brushes and flosses his teeth before rinsing them with tea tree oil and antioxidant gel.
Bryan also wears spectacles to shield his eyes from blue light for two hours. Not only that, but the CEO constantly monitors his vital signs and has monthly medical checkups, such as MRIs, Colonoscopies, blood tests, and ultrasounds, to ensure the accuracy of his results.
Bryan also monitors his weight, BMI, blood glucose level, fat, and heat rate fluctuations on a daily basis.
Bryan Johnson has shaved five years off his biological age
Johnson stated that he had lost at least five years of his biological age.
Oliver Zolman, a graduate of King’s College London, highlighted that his work with the Kernel CEO is only the beginning, and that there are hundreds of procedures to investigate.
Silicon Valley billionaires such as Peter Thiel and Jeff Bezos have recently invested in companies seeking to develop technology that will allow individuals to live into their hundreds.
Johnson stated that his actions may appear excessive, but he is attempting to demonstrate that self-harm and decay are not unavoidable.
