Volin and Evans began dating in 2018. Throughout their relationship, Evans frequently used Instagram to discuss his life with his partner.
In February of 2020, Evans posted an Instagram photo of himself and his partner. In the caption, he noted that this was his second Valentine’s Day spent with Volin.
He also mentioned that it was the longest he had ever spent with anybody.
“Happy Valentine’s Day to the only person I’ve spent two Valentine’s Days in a row. @zachvolin, I adore you!!!”
Unfortunately, their relationship did not last, and he reported that he and his partner broke up in April of the same year.
During an interview with New Now Next, he broke the news. “On a side note, we broke up a few weeks ago, but it wasn’t a terrible breakup,” Evans stated, indicating that there was no bad blood between them.
While the actor did not elaborate on why he and his partner decided to end their relationship, he implied that the epidemic had a role.

Since April 2020, Volin has been a senior associate with the advertising agency Matterkind. He graduated from Utah State University.

Evans was open about the event while speaking with We Love Soaps. He stated that his brother suffered significant backlash for revealing him publicly, but he didn’t mind.
He had never concealed his homosexuality, even though it was not publicly known. When he came out as gay when he was 19 years old, his close friends had known for quite some time that he was gay.
Evans added that his brother did not intend to disclose the information and apologized immediately after the story was published.
Evans, on the other hand, recalled that it was not a problem for him, especially because he viewed it as a part of himself and was not afraid to put himself out there.
Similarly, he stated that he felt fortunate because there were other superstars who gained fame at a young age and were afraid to come out. Before he began his acting career, he was open about his sexuality and found no reason to conceal it for the sake of his work.
