Is Devale Ellis Married? Relationship

Some of the ways YouTube stars Khadeen and Devale Ellis stay in touch with their three sons while imprisoned or quarantined include cooking, staying home, and skulking away to play cards.

The 36-year-old married pair met one other as Hofstra University students in Hempstead, New York. After graduating, Mr. Ellis, a wide receiver who had previously played for the Cleveland Browns, signed with the Detroit Lions.

The Los Angeles pair has managed their marriage and family life in detention in this way.

How did Devale Ellis start his Professional Career?

He went to Hofstra University and played for the New Orleans Saints alongside Marques Colston.

Ellis had 176 catches for 2,207 yards (a 12.5-yard average per catch) and 22 touchdowns by the time his career was up.

He led Hofstra in 2005 as an older player with 74 grabs accumulating 943 arm-span and five touchdowns. In the Atlantic 10, he placed second in receptions, third in receiving yards, and ninth in all-purpose yards (103.8 per game).

He was not selected in the 2006 NFL Draft, but after participating in a tryout at the rookie mini-camp, he was signed as a free agent.

He was added to the Lions’ eight-person training squad on September 3, 2006.

On October 15, he was added to the active roster, and he faced the Buffalo Bills to make his NFL debut. During final cuts on August 30, 2008, Ellis was released by the Lions.

After choosing not to play football during the 2008 regular season, Ellis was hired by the Cleveland Browns on a future contract on December 31, 2008. He was turned down on July 26, 2009.

He had Khadeen’s total attention the entire time (they hadn’t yet tied the knot). Devale was then required to move to Detroit on his own after being given the chance to play in the NFL.

The 34-year-old acknowledges that it was quite difficult for him to break up with her. “My heart ached from depression. I became dependent on anti-anxiety drugs, says Devale.

When Devale thinks back on this terrible time, his heart still aches. With tears rolling down his cheeks, he replies, “That was a depressing and dark time for me.”
