Ezra Miller was detained in Stamford, Vermont, for felony burglary, according to a state police report. Police arrested after discovering that several wine glasses had been stolen from a nearby home while the owners were away.
Memes were widely shared on social media in the wake of the actor’s detention. Residents of Stamford called the police with a report on May 1 at 5:55 p.m. Following a thorough examination of security tapes and the collection of witness statements, the police concluded that there was sufficient evidence to charge Miller with felony burglary.
On August 7 at 11:23 p.m., police in Vermont arrested Ezra Miller. They will be charged in Vermont Superior Court on September 26.
Given a Rolling Stone story from June of this year that claimed Miller was housing a 25-year-old woman and her three young children in a Vermont home littered with unlocked ammunition and marijuana, the actor’s residence in that state is not shocking. On March 28, Miller was detained and accused of disorderly conduct and harassment. After paying a $500 bail, they were released from custody. A few weeks later, the star was detained for allegedly punching a 26-year-old woman in the face with a chair.
News organizations began looking into Miller after their severe behavior was made public. Later, it was found that Miller had previously choked a woman in a pub in Iceland. Additionally, the performer was charged with mentoring activist Tokata Iron Eyes, who is now 18 years old.
