TMZ reports that on February 6 in Tempe, Arizona, during her comedy performance, comedian Heather McDonald passed out on stage.

Only one joke could be said by the 51-year-old comedian before she passed out. McDonald hit her head on the ground and had to be transported to the hospital.
An EMT nurse from the audience reportedly entered the stage to provide her with first aid. Later, paramedics showed up there and attended to the comic.
McDonald tweeted a video of herself apologizing to the show’s viewers a few hours later. The California native says in the video, which was recorded from the hospital’s emergency room:
“I’m sorry a lot. I collapsed on the stage. I cracked one joke and immediately started to feel lightheaded. You can see the eye I had when I fell. Oh my God, I feel so miserable. I’ll be back. I’ve never before in my life fainted.
