House of Gary Barnidge

In 2014, Barnidge purchased a house in Florida. He reportedly paid $460,000 for the four-bedroom home.

After his time in the NFL ended, he settled in Florida, according to accounts. The 7,100-square-foot mansion has been transformed into his funhouse by the addition of a wrestling ring and an inflatable water blob.

Additionally, he furnished it with a fantastic video game room that comes replete with television screens and enormous movie-related figurines. His movie passion is satisfied by his theater room, which even features a bookcase trapdoor reminiscent of one from a Scooby Doo mystery.

Barnidge’s funhouse may reflect the innocent demeanor for which he was known. The fastidious side of him, though, which was on exhibit when he bought his first house in Cleveland, is not evident. He was careful to allow younger players to live with him, and he used the rent payments to assist in mortgage repayment.
