Malia Obama is truly a person of extraordinary talent. She is intensely motivated and works long hours.
Obama’s writing skills were praised by Stephen Glover, Glover’s sibling and a frequent collaborator who is also working on the new series:
She simply “will have a lot of nice things in the near future,” in my opinion. “I love the way she writes.”
A “unique viewpoint” that Malia Obama possessed was another reason why the showrunners wanted her to join the crew:
“Donald frequently holds the opinion that perspective is essential and that an authors’ room requires people with a variety of viewpoints.
And there is no question that [Malia] has a unique point of view. As a consequence, we were excited to work with her and learn from her experiences. Hearing about her experiences and engaging her helped us come up with many brilliant ideas.
Obama was not given any special treatment despite being the daughter of the former president, he added, adding that everyone on the team treated her equally.
Well, you know, we just hurt her feelings, the narrator continues. Because she is the daughter of the [prior] President, we cannot treat her leniently. She’s relaxed and peaceful, not like that. Therefore, it is not a problem,’ he explained. She has a number of brilliant ideas. Malia Obama is amazing. She is just another typical person like the rest of us.
There isn’t much information available about Donald Glover’s upcoming series, but rumors say it will be called The Hive and focus on a character who resembles Beyonce a lot.
