Actress Jodie Sweetin of the United States wed long-term partner Mescal Wasilewski. Jodie wed on July 30 on the grounds of her Malibu home, according to People Magazine.
The 40-year-old actor’s two children, Zoie (14) and Beatrix (11), as well as other Full House, cast members attended the ceremony. Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, and John Stamos were also there. In front of a modest gathering of 50 guests, Sweetin walked down the aisle with her father, Sam, while wearing a Lili Bridals gown.
She stood on Mescal Wasilewski’s side with her daughters there as they exchanged vows. Following the couple’s “I do’s,” the invitees and the Full House cast members allegedly enjoyed tacos, guacamole bars, cakes, and dessert.
Mescal Wasilewski and Jodie Sweetin had been friends for years before they decided to spend the rest of their lives together.
After being connected by mutual acquaintances, they initially met in 2017. The Daily Mail claims that the couple went on their first date to a concert in Brooklyn, where they later began their long-distance relationship. Mescal Wasilewski and Jodie Sweetin traveled back and forth between New York and Los Angeles to keep their relationship going. till 2020, when Mescal decided to move to California.
“I’ve been with my partner for four years, and he’s been fantastic about everything,” I said. He and I started as a distant relationship. He lived in Brooklyn for three and a half years while I was in [Los Angeles], and it was relaxing and enjoyable.
The pair announced their engagement in January 2022, two years later. The actress expressed excitement about the new chapter in her life in an interview with People magazine in April.
“Our relationship is so solid. He is my biggest supporter and is smart and funny. It is great.
She also highlighted how close to her children her now-husband had been.
He loves my children, which is incredibly important. Things have become simpler because I suddenly realized that I want something very different from what I desired in a relationship ten years ago.
Not for the first time, but for the fourth time, Jodie Sweetin is proceeding down the aisle. She had her first marriage to Shaun Holguin in 2002. They separated in 2006 after four years of marriage. Later, in 2007, Jodie wed the transportation coordinator Cody Herpin.
A year later, they welcomed Zoie, a girl, as their one and only child. On the other side, Sweetin and Herpin got divorced in 2010. In 2012, Jodie tied the knot with DJ Morty Coyle, who is located in Los Angeles, for the third time, and served as a bridesmaid once more. The couple’s lone child is an 11-year-old daughter named Beatrix. Their union, however, was brief, and they separated in 2016 after four years.
