On the 20th of February 2013, Patrick signed with San Diego Chargers. He played 13 games where he set career-high with 38 tackles, 1 interception, etc. and 2 passes defended. Later Patrick was released by the San Diego Chargers on the 30th of August 2014.
New York Jets
On the 5th of March 2014, he was acquired by New York Jets. Soon on the 30th of august, 2014 he was released by the club.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers
After his release from the New York Jets, he signed a contract with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (a football team of the Canadian Football League) on the 22nd of March 2016. Later Patrick was released on 15th June 2016 before the start of the season.
