Jonathan Crews was a cherished local in Coppell, Texas, who unfortunately passed away under unexplained circumstances.
While laying in bed at his Coppell apartment, Jonathan Crews was shot. The only person who is aware of who fired the shot is Brenda Lazaro.
Even before the 911 operator answers the phone, Brenda Lazaro is sobbing. She utters “Oh, my God!” once again. Goodness, gracious! “Oh my goodness!” Despite not understanding what the call is about, the dispatcher makes an effort to calm her down.
Jonathan Crews wants to know where she is. Screaming into the phone, she yells, “At the apartments!” He then cried out, “Oh, my God! Saying “No, no, no!” On February 2, 2014, at 11:30 p.m., the recording starts. It is a nightmare of yells and annoying misunderstandings.
Although his family insisted that Crews had been killed, the official verdict for years had been that he had committed himself.

What occurred when Jonathan Crews was fatally shot?
Brenda Kelly, Jonathan Crews’ ex-girlfriend, was likely to blame for his murder, a Dallas County jury said in a civil trial on Friday.
Kelly, whose maiden name is Lazaro, contacted 911 at around 11:30 p.m. to tell that Crews, 27, had shot himself as a declaration of his love for her. Regarding his passing, she has never been accused of anything.
Shaw said that Kelly had a fierce envy of the women Crews connected with. She was especially furious with Emily Ramsey, Crews’ close friend, after seeing them hug at a dinner two months before to his demise.
Kelly was invited to the dinner by Crews so she could meet Jacob Ramsey, who was dating Crews’ longtime friend, and Ramsey.
Jonathan Crews and his sister’s emails reveal that crews discussed breaking up with Kelly the night before he was shot.
What Charges Were Leveled?
In their civil lawsuit, the Crews family alleged that Kelly killed Jonathan Crews after he tried to stop things with her because she was jealous of his friendships with other women.
Kelly reportedly gave numerous stories of the incident, including the spot where Crews was shot and the area of his apartment where she was at the time, according to the evidence.
Police found Crews’ broken phone hidden between his mattress and bed frame. When the gun’s dirty magazine was found concealed amid his collection of ties, his family found it odd.
The case has brought attention to the value of in-depth investigations and the requirement for responsibility when errors are made.
