American college basketball player Jordan Dorrell Hawkins had a big influence on the UConn Huskies in the Big East Conference during his time there.
After the regular season, Jordan, who averaged 16.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game, was chosen first-team All-Big East.
Hawkins was recognized as the West Regional’s Most Outstanding Player for distinguishing out among all other participants.
He scored 22 points and grabbed four rebounds each game in the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight contests.

Before switching to DeMatha Catholic High School in his sophomore year, he first attended Gaithersburg High School.
During his final year of high school, Hawkins was recognized as the Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year due to his great performance on the court.
Averaging 19.7 points, 11.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.3 steals, and 1.9 blocks per game, he showed off an amazing all-around performance.
Hawkins participated in 27 games for the Huskies during his first season, averaging 5.8 points and two rebounds.
Hawkins decided to forgo the remaining of his NCAA eligibility after the title game and declare for the 2023 NBA draft instead.
