American politician Kay Ellen Ivey, born on October 15, 1944, has been the 54th governor of Alabama since 2017. From 2003 to 2011, she served as the 38th State Treasurer of Alabama, and from 2011 to 2017, she served as the 30th Lieutenant Governor of Alabama.
