Millersville, Missouri, people are very concerned for the well-being of one of their own, Jessi Wilfong, who vanished on May 25 at the age of only 20. She was at home with relatives six days prior to her last sighting.
Due to the general fear induced by the fog surrounding her location, detectives have obtained legal authorization to begin searching a Cape Girardeau County residence on June 15. Once inside, they made very distressing discoveries: Jessi had been the victim of a terrible crime in which her life had been stolen.

Regretfully, when detectives uncovered evidence of a recent disturbance at the barn in Cape Girardeau County on June 18, they found that she had been buried in a hidden position inside of it.
Her cause of death was confirmed by post-mortem findings, which pointed to murder. This led to a heightened inquiry into potential perpetrators of such horrific acts.
As a result, the circumstances changed, and on Wednesday, Teresa Baumgartners was taken into custody by representatives of the Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on allegations of tampering with evidence pertaining to the criminal investigation.

Teresa Baumgartner and Lawrence Schanda
Are being held as they await trial for the murder of Jessi Wilfong. Wilfong was last seen alive when she departed with her uncle Schanda after being seen getting into a vehicle on surveillance camera.
Schanda said that during their disagreement, he accused her of telling the police about illicit drug dealings, which is thought to have contributed to her eventual demise.
According to a confidential source, Baumgartner acknowledged knowing that Schanda had killed Waldorf in their shared home.
Under suspicion, investigators were granted a search warrant as they looked for further evidence. Along with Waldorf’s corpse buried somewhere else, they discovered knives and carpet samples. An autopsy revealed that Waldorf had sustained many knife wounds.
Both suspects are being held on a five million dollar cash bail until trial in the hopes that the prosecutor can clear their identities. They are facing serious charges including first-degree murder, armed criminal activity, and obstruction of justice.

We just learned of another heartbreaking situation, which broke our hearts. The Wilfong family lost their daughter Jessi under unclear circumstances, maybe related to one of her uncles.
Everything started when Jessi’s anxious mother reported her missing on May 25. Shortly after, Jessi’s stepbrother expressed worries about his sister’s predicament and revealed details about their uncle’s past, which included drug misuse and violent outbursts fueled by methamphetamine usage.
He detailed other incidents in which he had exposed himself to abuse and seen his mother harmed as a result of his uncle’s actions.
It is unbearable for any parent to lose a kid in such a situation, thus it is more painful to learn that a member of one’s own family may have contributed to the death of a child.
