On March 3, 2023, Ten Asia, a South Korean media outlet, announced that NCT’s Yuta had been confirmed to appear as the protagonist in the upcoming Japanese serial, Play it Cool, Guys.
The drama is based on the manga series Cool Doji Danshi and follows the lives of four major characters with intertwined faiths. Guys, the four protagonists in Play it Chill, learn the essence of existence through their growing relationship.

NCT’s Yuta will play Ichikura Hayate, a charming 20-year-old university student, in the slice-of-life drama.
