Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, missing since November 2022, remains unfound. Everman police checked on Noel Rodriguez Alvarez’s mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, after an anonymous tip.
Cindy told officials her kid went missing in Mexico with his father. At the time, police had no reason to doubt her story. The mother of the missing kid dodged investigators afterward. Authorities found on March 21 that Noel’s mother had travel visas to fly to India through Turkey the day after the welfare check.
Police learned the horrific information from Noel Rodriguez Alvarez’s biological father. On March 23, police questioned Noel’s biological father, Arshdeep Singh, who said he had never seen him since he was deported to Mexico before his son was born. Homeland Security confirmed his allegations. Detectives tried to contact Noel’s mother again but failed.

Noel Rodriguez Alvarez has chronic lung problems. His condition demands media and oxygen. Police also discovered the youngster was unschooled. On March 23, 2023, Noel’s four older siblings, aged 7–11, missed school.
Cindy Rodriguez-Singh wanted Everman ISD to unenroll them before they left. Cindy had custody of her seven children, including Noel’s five-month-old twins.
Criminal Investigation Underway for Noel Rodriguez Alvarez
Police are altering their inquiry. Without Noel, his family departed the country. Cindy and her husband flew from DFW to Istanbul. The police said their travel schedule suggested a connecting flight in India, but they had not confirmed their whereabouts.
On March 25, police issued an Amber Alert for Noel, describing his mother and her pickup truck. Police learned the family departed the country on 25 March evening. The Rodriguez-pickup Singh vehicle was found at DFW Airport. An Endangered Missing Person notice was issued for Noel.
Police conducted news briefings on 26 and 27 March to update Noel’s missing investigation. Authorities inspected the family’s Wisteria Road home and investigated all possibilities and tips.
Police have not found a crime or what happened to Noel. Noel’s godfather reported the family left without saying goodbye. “They are scared they may have done something wrong,” said the missing boy’s godfather.
