Johnny dedicated his song to his wife and talked about taking care of her when he submitted it to represent Ireland at Eurovision in January.

His official Twitter account revealed the terrible news today along with a beautiful picture of the couple. Sadly, Nora’s daughter Ari Up passed away in 2010 at the age of 48.

Former model, actor, and music promoter Nora has collaborated with Wishbone Ash and Jimi Hendrix, among other musicians.

She got her start in Munich by hosting famous artists at her home and promoting bands.
