He is Ronald Reagan’s youngest kid and that of his second wife, Nancy Davis Reagan.
The family lived in Sacramento from 1967 until 1975 while his Father was governor. His sister, Patti Davis, is five and a half years older.
His older sibling, Michael Reagan, is 13 years older and was adopted by Ronald and Jane Wyman when he was a newborn.

The Ron Reagan family’s race and religion
His two half-sisters were Christine Reagan, who was born prematurely on June 26, 1947, and Maureen Reagan, who was born to Reagan and Wyman and lived from 1941 until 2001.
When he was a child, his father, Ronald Reagan, would make fun of the notion that they were related to every European royal family with the surname O’Regan.

In his diary from the White House, the elder Reagan wrote that Ron’s performance was “darn good” and, on this particular day, reminded him of Fred Astaire.
Reagan was already 22 and married when his father took office, thus he never truly lived in the White House.
He ceased using the Secret Service’s protection 18 months into his Father’s administration.
Ron Reagan’s wife: Is He Married?
In Seattle, Ronald Reagan resides. He married Doria Palmieri, a clinical psychologist, in 1980. Doria died in 2014 from a neuromuscular condition. They had no children. He tied the knot with Federica Basagni in July 2018.
Reagan stated that he did not claim any particular religion but had Buddhist affinities and that his wife was a Buddhist in a 2004 New York Times interview.
Ron Reagan stated, “I’m an atheist, I can’t get elected to anything because surveys all say that people won’t elect an atheist,” in an interview with CNN’s Larry King Live on June 23, 2004, when asked why he would not run for government.
In February 2010, he was added to the Honorary Board for his excellent contributions to the Freedom From Religion Foundation.
