On January 24, 2022, he sent an apology to his wife Ozioma on his Instagram page for cheating on her. In response to African Doll’s allegations that he abandoned her after they became pregnant, he said this.
The gospel singer gave his fans the reassurance that he will prioritize healing while asking for pardon. He made the decision to break away from ministry after the event in order to do a spiritual inventory before coming back after a few months.
