After almost two years, Dead to Me is back with its third and last season. On November 17, 2022, at 3:01 a.m. ET, Netflix will debut the upcoming installment of this gloomy comedy.
The second season ended on a cliffhanger with Judy’s ex-husband Steve’s twin brother Ben (James Marsden), Judy’s ex-ex-wife husband Jen (Christina Applegate), and Jen (Linda Cardellini) involved in a hit-and-run case.
It’s a poignant reference to season one when Judy was the hit-and-run driver that killed Jen’s husband Ted. At that moment, Steve was the one who convinced her to leave the crime scene.

The Dead to Me season 3 trailer, which will be made available on November 2, 2022, shows Judy and Jen struggling to deal with the difficulties of their situation as their love develops. Will it be shown that Ben was the one who created the disaster? Even though they survive the catastrophe.
Things start to heat up when Nick Prager (Brandon Scott) and Ana Perez (Diana-Maria Riva) find Steve’s body in the woods. This heightens the drama because Jen killed evil Steve with a wooden birdie, which is also seen in the teaser. On November 17, when all ten episodes are released at once, all of the mysteries will be resolved.

Without Jen Harding’s brains and allure, as masterfully portrayed by Christina Applegate in Dead to Me, the film would not be nearly as excellent. She is dirty and enraged at the world, and sarcasm permeates every single one of her chats. In the series, she grows romantically involved with Ben. Christina finished Season 3 despite being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, making it all the more impressive (MS).
Among Christina’s extensive list of credits are the television programs Married… with Children (1987–1997), Jesse (1998–2000), and Samantha Who? (2007-2009). But Rachel Green’s sister Amy Green’s participation in the wildly popular comedy series Friends earned her an Emmy.
She is known for her roles in the movies Bad Moms (2016), Vacation (2015), Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), and Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013). (2016).
Linda Cardellini plays Judy Hale.
As Jen’s ideal co-conspirator, Linda Cardellini as Judy Hale is outstanding. Without Judy, neither Jen nor vice versa would exist. Despite Judy’s eccentricities and antics, she is the best confidante and closest friend anybody could ask for.
Judy is seeing Michelle, the ex-girlfriend of detective Ana Perez, which just adds to the difficulty of the situation. Linda has been in several television shows, including Freaks and Geeks (1999–2000), ER (2003–09), and Bloodline (2015–17). She gained popularity for playing Velma in the Scooby Doo series (2002).
Cardellini has a long list of supporting roles in movies like Legally Blonde (2001), Brokeback Mountain (2005), Grandma’s Boy (2006), Kill the Irishman (2011), The Founder (2016), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Green Book (2018), A Simple Favor (2018), and Avengers: Endgame (2018). (2019).
Ben Wood is portrayed by Ben Wood, while James Marsden portrays Steve.
James Marsden, who is charming, excels as Ben and Steve. Steve is sly and perilous, whereas Ben seems to be a pleasant, caring, and sensitive person. He does, however, end up hitting Judy and Jen’s car before escaping.
The X-Men series (2000–2014), The Notebook (2004), Enchanted (2007), and 27 Dresses all helped James Marsden become well-known for his portrayal of Cyclops/Scott Summers (2008).
Ana Perez is played by Diana-Maria Riva again, as is Nick Prager by Brandon Scott, Michelle (Judy’s girlfriend) by Natalie Morales, Christopher Doyle by Max Jenkins, Charlie Harding by Sam McCarthy, and Jen’s older and younger boys, played by Luke Rossler and Luke Rossler, respectively.
Dead to Me was created by Liz Feldman, and executive producers for the program include Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, and Jessica Elbaum.
