His brother, Gurmeet Singh, is rumored to have confirmed the information of his incarceration. It seems that Lopon’s family is also a member of the Punjabi nation.

Sukhjinder Lopon Charged After Arrest
According to sources, the State Special Operation Cell of the Punjab Police nabbed popular Punjabi YouTuber Sukhjinder Singh Lopon.
Due to the current outcry, a lawsuit has also been filed against the creator of the film. Sukhjinder Singh published a video on his own YouTube page, which is where everything started.
Lopon allegedly made comments in the video blog about Punjabi horse producers, inflating the costs of the animals. The residents were incensed by his remark.
Soon after, the YouTuber issued an apology to the locals or horse breeders via a video message.
However, things became worse when Arshdeep Singh Dalla, who the Indian government had labeled a terrorist, was shown in Sukhjinder Lopon’s video of regret.
According to reports, Arshdeep Singh Dalla vowed to murder anyone who begged Lopon for forgiveness. Following this, the Punjab Police’s State Special Operation Cell opened an investigation into Sukhjinder Lopon on the grounds that he may have had ties to the terrorist Arshdeep Dalla.
Lopon wasn’t detained by the police for making remarks against horse breeders or inflating house prices. On the other hand, the police detained him because they believed he was connected to terrorist Arsh Dalla.
Additionally, investigators are still investigating his case to see whether the YouTuber has any connections to the terrorist.
