Tina Arnold and her best friend Meghan Crumpler will feature on 1000 Lb Best Friends on TLC on February 7, 2022. Tina Arnold begins on a weight loss journey with a friend, encouraging one another to achieve their objective.
What is her name?
In 2017, Tina Arnold earned a certificate in Medical Coding and Billing from DeVry University – Westminster. Body-Shaming in Today’s World was published in the local publication Henry Neighbor Newspaper the same year.
The television celebrity began publishing her own novels since it was her “heart’s yearning.” In 2019, her self-published works Sweet Lantern (13 September), Broken Lantern (9 October), and Another Life (11 October) each gained a following.
Arnold will also earn an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Ashford University in 2020. The Barrow News-Journal published her second post, “Confronting the Stereotypes of Overweight People,” on August 4, 2021.
Arnold ultimately opted to join her “extremely close” childhood friend Crumpler on the show and strive for a healthy weight, “as a true Sagittarius who enjoys trying new things.”
Tina Arnold Accompanies Her Friend On His Weight-Loss Journey
The “wife and mother of four who has lived in a self-imposed cocoon for the majority of her adult life,” who posted her story on Linkedin about her 1000 LB Best Friends journey, is grateful to be on the program because it has taught her that it was “ok” to be herself.
Arnold hopes to lose weight as a result of the program, according to her statement to People:
“I want to not only be able to spend more time with my family, but also to see my children’s offspring.” My youngest child is eight years old, and for most of his life I have been unable to run and play with him. His energy level is always through the roof, and I wish I could equal it on some level.
Arnold also feels that the program will help individuals realize that “fat does not mean inferior” Arnold disclosed to People his weight-loss struggles:
“We are people, intelligent, ambitious women. We have goals, and they do not consist of sitting on your bottoms all day and eating junk food. The majority of the time we eat fairly well; it’s just that our bodies respond differently.”
In 2021, the 41-year-old, who has been married to Johnnie Arnold for 19 years, initiated a weight loss program. She lost over 80 pounds before regaining them. This time, though, Arnold is determined to lose weight in order to live a healthy life on TLC’s 1000 Lb Best Friends.
