Tony grew up in squalor with his six siblings, Gipper Finau, Kaylene Finau, Heilala Finau, Kelven Finau, Pianola Finau, and Tevita Finau. His father didn’t have much money and used to labour in cemeteries.
Kelepi adored his children and made certain that they did not suffer as a result of a lack of funds.
