Higbee was charged with second-degree assault, public drunkenness, and escaping arrest on April 20, 2016. Higbee was identified and apprehended after assaulting a man outside Tidball’s nightclub in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on April 10.

Similarly, Warren Circuit Judge Steve Wilson ordered Higbee to pay the victim an unknown amount of money and perform 250 hours of community service as part of a five-year pretrial diversion program. Authorities also prohibited Higbee from possessing or carrying a handgun, using narcotics, or consuming alcohol.
Officials also reminded Higbee that failing to comply with the diversion program’s criteria might result in a two-year jail sentence.
