Raphael Warnock is an ardent Christian adherent.
Since 2005, Warnock has been the lead pastor of Atlanta’s Ebenezer Baptist Church. He was the senior pastor of Douglas Memorial Community Church prior to that.
Warnock gained notoriety in Georgia politics as a significant player in the drive to expand Georgia’s Medicaid program as part of the Affordable Care Act.
The senator started his career as a minister after receiving a Ph.D. For a very long period, Senator Warnock served as the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.
In the history of the ancient church, he is the youngest pastor ever selected to hold that position.

On July 23, 1969, Raphael Warnock was born in Savannah, Georgia.
Verlene and Jonathan Warnock, the senator’s parents, greeted the visitor. He was raised in poor housing and is the eleventh of his parents’ twelve children.
His father is both a preacher and a modest business owner. Mom Warnock is a native of Waycross, Georgia. The politician’s father and mother were Pentecostal ministers, according to WSAV.

In March 2020, Raphael Warnock’s ex-wife claimed he ran over her foot with his automobile.

The senator’s ex-wife asked the court to modify their child parenting arrangement in February 2022, giving her extra time with their two children so she could finish a Harvard University program. She also asked for a review of the child support obligations.
