Born in Cincinnati, Mick Cronin grew up with his brother Dan Cronin, a professional handicapper today. Dan played collegiate basketball, just like his brother Mick, but he decided to go into horse racing instead of the NBA.
Mick Cronin is the head coach of the University of California men’s basketball team, the UCLA Bruins. He started his career at Woodward High in 1991 as an assistant coach.
