Along with her other skills and jobs, Jess is also writing a book called The Chef’s Galley: Diary of a Gourmet Goddess. She may also be seen winning the hearts of charter passengers on Bravo’s Below Deck Adventure.
The bio for the network is as follows:
Chef Jessica is finding it difficult to adapt to the scarcity of supplies in Alesund, Norway, despite her extensive experience in the Mediterranean and strong foundation in both land and sea hospitality. Chef Jessica is a perfectionist, which causes problems with the interior team even though guests are typically happy.
