Rick Lagina: Is he ill?
Rick Lagina’s Lyme illness was discovered in a December 2017 episode of The Curse of Oak Island.
The illness is brought on by a black-legged tick bite. Fever, headaches, exhaustion, and a distinctive skin rash are among the symptoms.
The cast believed Lagina contracted the illness when the program was being filmed in the swamp and forest of Oak Island.
Fortunately, the younger Lagina convinced the older Lagina to see a doctor, and he received treatment.
The Lagina brothers have been fascinated with Oak Island’s riches since they were little children. Oak Island is a Canadian island off the coast of Nova Scotia.
They ultimately realized their ambition and acquired a substantial portion of the island in the early 2000s. They have visited the enigmatic island on multiple occasions.
