The Masked Singer’s eighth season debuted on Fox on November 16, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET. In the episode, the previous “Reigning Queen,” Bride, made a comeback to defend her throne alongside two newly introduced characters, Snowstorm, and Avocado.
Bride, who turned out to be professional wrestler Chris Jericho, was deposed by Snowstorm by the episode’s end.
While many believed Avocado to be Tim Allen, the Masked Singer contestant Adam Carolla was really identified. Fans were taken aback by the outcome because they were sure of their forecast. Based on the several cues given prior to Avocado’s performance, not one, but the majority of fans correctly identified Tim.

On tonight’s episode of The Masked Singer, Bride—who was named the winner last week—returned to defend her crown. She was competing for victory against Snowstorm and Avocado, two fresh competitors.
After Bride’s superb performance and numerous guesses from the judges, it was Avocado’s turn to take the stage and showcase his skills. Before entering the tournament, Avocado took care to leave the audience with a few cues as to who he was.
Fans suspected the applicant for the Masked Singer was either one of the Property Brothers (twins Jonathan and Drew Scott) or someone from a home renovation program when they learned that the contestant had previously worked in construction.
Avocado further asserted that he dedicated the “diss track to the comic who is legally required to appear on every FOX program,” Ken, using his stage debut to do so. The visual signals included a bald eagle crashing through the contestant’s apartment window, tools, and a microphone.
The Masked Singer contestant who sang “Hit the Road Jack,” a hit by Ray Charles, was the singer. Ken noticed that Avocado was not making his stage debut and that the audience was laughing during his performance.
Avocado had a face that people wanted to hear, even if Jon Lovitz noted that even if the applicant was engaged in home improvements, it couldn’t be a Property Brother because they are all attractive.
The judges’ final selections for Avocado were Tim Allen, Joe Rogan, Marc Maron, and Harrison Ford (as Nicole) (Robin). Later in the show, the bride’s identity as professional wrestler Chris Jericho was made public. The Battle Royale tonight featured Avocado and Snowstorm, with the latter taking the victory. Adam Carolla, a comedian, was finally identified as Avocado.
Fans were successful in correctly identifying avocados.
